HFAME is a program designed for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to provide a thorough understanding of Human Factors and the causes & impact of Human error on performance & safety.

HFAME Training provides maintenance personnel with a deep understanding of human behaviour and the tools to improve communication, decision-making, mind-state management, compliance, assertiveness and a range of other skills required to reduce error and adequately manage the multitude of threats that accompany flight operations.

Note: South African regulations do not currently permit HFAME training in an e-learning format. This program is developed specifically for Heli Malongo personnel.
