The aim of this course is to provide pilots with an understanding of the policies, procedures and protocols relating to the restraint of unruly or unlawful passengers. The course provides techniques and tools to de-escalate potential security related situations.

This training is particularly important for Pilots who operate without cabin crew, but is also applicable to those pilots who may fly with a single cabin crew member who may require assistance or intervention from one of the pilots.
