This Train-the-Trainer course focuses on developing effective training and facilitation skills, particularly for adult learners. It’s designed to equip participants with the knowledge and techniques to facilitate engaging and outcomes-based learning experiences. This course is also valuable for those who want to enhance their training capabilities.

Practical Assessment:
On completion of this Theoretical on-line training, you will be required to do an on-line presentation via ‘Teams’ to an instructor in order to complete the Train the Trainer course.

The format of this presentation is completely up to you. It can be Powerpoint style, verbal only, demonstration, etc. What is important is how you project yourself, how you connect and engage with your audience, and your passionate and enthusiastic delivery of the content.
