Target Learner: Cabin Crew needing to complete the theoretical Component of an EMB 120 Type Rating, or Cabin Crew requiring a type rating recurrency course on the theoretical information on the EMB 120 Aircraft.

This course is designed to familiarize you with the EMB 120 Series Aircraft, and to fulfil legal requirements for the theoretical component of the type rating as a cabin crew member, and SEPT for Flight Deck and Cabin Crew operating on the Aircraft.

Course Objectives:

After completion of this course, learners will be able to:

1. Recall Aircraft type specifications, including crew compliment.

2. Be familiar with the layout, exits, and equipment (Escape Ropes and Floatation devices), of the Aircraft.

3. Operate the systems (PA, Intercom, Oxygen, Lighting, Waste, and Ventilation), devices, signage, seating, in the Flight Deck and in the passenger cabin.

3. Implement emergency procedures in the passenger cabin and with flight deck crew.
